Hello. My name is Chris Ruiz. My passion of helping people led me to the automotive repair industry starting in 1993 and I've been in this industry ever since. I started working for Honda in early 2002. In my experience, Honda is the best car company in the world. I've been a Honda Service Manager for the last 20 years. I am married to my wonderful wife of 9 years. We like to spend our time with family and friends. We love spending time with our 2 four-legged children. We have a 65 pound female Flat Coated Retriever (Bear) and her partner-in-crime, our 11 pound female Malti-Poo (Khloe). Believe it or not, the little one runs the house, not the big one!!! We love travelling and cheering on my favorite college football Team, the West Virginia Mountaineers!!!

Great people. Took me in without an appt. Truck was done by end of day. Wendy concerned about emissions light being on then the rest came on flashing .Which I ex Took me in without an appt. Wendy concerned about emissions light being on then the rest came on flashing .Which I explained to her I had taken my truck to APPLE TREE HONDA in Ashville NC to be serviced they did a diagnostic test and couldn't find nothing wrong even though I had pictures of everything that came up on dash at that time and still got charged. Very disappointed with APPLE TREE HONDA of Ashville NC. Would like to be reinbursed for the diagnostic test from them. Still had issues with truck. I Will bring my truck back to Forest City Honda anytime. Guys in parts helped out with key fob issue great people. Dennis Warlock gave my daughter and I a ride to pick up her car. Thanks to everyone there. More
