Hello. My name is Chris Ruiz. My passion of helping people led me to the automotive repair industry starting in 1993 and I've been in this industry ever since. I started working for Honda in early 2002. In my experience, Honda is the best car company in the world. I've been a Honda Service Manager for the last 20 years. I am married to my wonderful wife of 9 years. We like to spend our time with family and friends. We love spending time with our 2 four-legged children. We have a 65 pound female Flat Coated Retriever (Bear) and her partner-in-crime, our 11 pound female Malti-Poo (Khloe). Believe it or not, the little one runs the house, not the big one!!! We love travelling and cheering on my favorite college football Team, the West Virginia Mountaineers!!!

Chris was very nice and helpful when i took our Honda CRV for scheduled service. He explained very well any problems found while doing maintenance and offered honest opinion and valuable solutions. He even told me wheel rotation not necessary at that time, so it saved me some money. Chris deserves a recognition for his excellent customer service. We will definitely come back to Honda again! I appreciated the fact that the service manager offered me a loaner car when I brought my car in to be serviced as they were running behind schedule.
