Hello. My name is Chris Ruiz. My passion of helping people led me to the automotive repair industry starting in 1993 and I've been in this industry ever since. I started working for Honda in early 2002. In my experience, Honda is the best car company in the world. I've been a Honda Service Manager for the last 20 years. I am married to my wonderful wife of 9 years. We like to spend our time with family and friends. We love spending time with our 2 four-legged children. We have a 65 pound female Flat Coated Retriever (Bear) and her partner-in-crime, our 11 pound female Malti-Poo (Khloe). Believe it or not, the little one runs the house, not the big one!!! We love travelling and cheering on my favorite college football Team, the West Virginia Mountaineers!!!

I took my car in for routine service and a recall. The service dept was very easy to work with and very helpful. It was going to take a long time for the recall and they let me use a courtesy car to go g service dept was very easy to work with and very helpful. It was going to take a long time for the recall and they let me use a courtesy car to go get lunch. I really appreciate that because sitting there for 3 hours was going to be boring. More

It seems the work was done properly. However, waiting over 30 minutes is too much, for an oil change. The waiting area was filthy. It never has been this bad in the past.
