We just purchased a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit and could not be more pleased with the level of service and professional conduct we received from Matt Fitro and his team. Honestly from the start when I bought my car in sept 2021 I have had the worst experience with them, from being hung up on by Brendan the service manager after asking me “what my mopar certification was” to I have had the worst experience with them, from being hung up on by Brendan the service manager after asking me “what my mopar certification was” to now April of 2022 where all the sudden I hear a knocking noise underneath my steering column… turns out my sway bar was “loose” not sure how that happened when I have yet to take my vehicle off road, I have had my car in the shop almost monthly since I have gotten it. Just save yourself. The customer service is terrible. Editing my review 4/18 after getting off the phone with Jeremy with customer relations… pretty much telling me to go to a different dealership. How about you guys fix your terrible customer service??? This just added a cherry on top!! More
