Long standing customer treated poorly Have purchased a Q5 and leased a 911 from this garage and the service we just had today was very poor. My wife took her now out of warranty Q5 in for a service and asked them to check why the engine light was on. When picking the car up they charged her $154 for diagnostics, which she was very angry about and claimed hadn't been made clear to her. She also asked them to give her a price for her car trade in as she wants a new car (budget $75k). They didn't come back with a trade in price and proceeded to charge her the diagnostic fee, even though she was clearly upset about it. When I phoned up to complain the service manager commented 'did I just call up to not pay the bill', implying I was being cheap. He also made several comments that my wife had signed the form and it was highlighted, implying she was stupid. However she says it wasn't clear and a company with true customer service would have waved this fee without even entering into a heated discussion, especially given our history and we've specifically asked to get a trade in value to buy a new car. For me this garage seems about one thing and one thing only, their online ratings. So I didn't accept the refund as that wasn't my point, I can afford the bill, it's about service and treatment and they truly blew it in this respect. Shame. More

2014 A6 CPO Audi - Great Experience with Flemington Audi Great customer service and smooth transaction. They had the exact vehicle I was looking for and vehicle was in mint condition. Deb Lotufo answered a Great customer service and smooth transaction. They had the exact vehicle I was looking for and vehicle was in mint condition. Deb Lotufo answered all my question in a timely and efficient manner. She and service made sure the car was free from any blemishes and even sent the car back for an interior re-cleaning for a small blemish inside that was hardly noticeable. Debbie also spent quite a bit of time with me reviewing all the operations of the vehicle including the set up of cell phone, music and navigation systems. Communications was great both by telephone and emails. Would also like to commend Chris Short in service for seeing to it that my Audi Connect is working problem under my AT&T cellular data plan. Also want to mention Corey Evans who made the financing experience as seamless as could be. More

The car I was looking at already was in great shape, after all it was bought and serviced by this dealership throughout its life. They went above and beyond to ensure I got my money's worth by giving it a full inspection, including new tires and a timing belt. I can tell these folks are passionate about what they do. They want you to be happy and I am thrilled. My thanks to Ben and Doug from Sales, Corey for getting me financing, and everyone in service for the beautiful work. More

After the pickup of my 2016 Audi, 5500miles on the odometer, I left it in the driveway awaiting my license plates...the only miles I put on my vehicle were the ride fr of my 2016 Audi, 5500miles on the odometer, I left it in the driveway awaiting my license plates...the only miles I put on my vehicle were the ride from NJ to NY. When I finally received my plates, i noticed one or 2 screws on my rear plate were stripped...not the end of the world, but an annoyance. On my way to get the vehicle inspected, I noticed my Sirius Radio not working. After I spent an hour with them on the phone, sending and resending signals, a notification popped up saying "ANTENNA A TECHNICAL PROBLEM OCCURRED...PLEASE CONTACT YOUR AUDI DEALER"...I did. What I am really not happy with is the fact I have to wait almost 2 weeks for an appointment on a car that was just picked up. I have owned 3 Lexus vehicles...anytime I required a service, they would ask me "when do you want to come in"...my choice and they always accommodated me. So far, I am not happy..I did some research, and it appears this will be a pretty big job, requiring some removal of the headliner, a new antenna, paint, etc...I guess this may be a long service requiring me to go back and forth to the dealer a few times...I will keep you all posted...not happy with Audi service at all nor the quality of the vehicle purchased. ****UPDATE**** Flemington Audi really went out of their way to make me a happy customer once again. They were kind enough to deliver a loaner, Audi A4, to my home and pick up my Audi A3. Although the repair took a while, the service manager Chris and Christina kept me informed along the way. Not only did they deliver my car back to me, the detailed it again making it look as if I just picked up a new car. Thank you once again for the terrific service. I admit I am a hard person to please, but you did so with great care. I will keep all informed of any updates...lets hope there are none! More
