She was super helpful and really worked hard to meet my tight schedule when it came to picking up the car, as did the finance team. I was in and out within an hr and made it on time to previously scheduled engagement. When I initially was toying with the idea of a new car, I waffled on a decision and really appreciated the space she gave me to think through to a decision. And when the problems were identified, including one not covered by warranty, they went above and beyond to solve, including reaching out to Audi Corp. to replace what might have been faulty rotors, gratis. My loaner was a brand new 2017 A8. Dealership is modern and clean. All tolled, they make you want to go in for service. More

They seem to do well when all goes smoothly, however I found that they fall apart when there are bumps in the road. I bought a brand new 2017 Audi A4. At delivery I noticed some scratches in the paint. I was told they could be fixed no problem and I proceeded with delivery. On the ride home I felt a noticeable shimmy in the car and called the dealer. They said they would look at that when I came back to fix the scratches. Two days later I saw that there was damage to the front bumper, and upon calling the dealer was told the same. I unfortunately had to push to get an appointment to come back in for the fixes - they were not proactive in setting a follow up. I brought the car in and they had it for a week and a half. All four tires needed to be replaced as they had flat spots (apparently a bad batch) and new parts were needed for the bumper. When I came back to pick up my car, the body work was unacceptable. To remove the scratches they had wet sanded the paint deeply so the brown primer was showing. The bumper had very visible swirl marks where that was sanded. Frankly, they should have caught this before calling me back. They kept the car another two weeks. When I came to finally get my car back, almost unbelievably there were still scratches in the area that was repainted. Apparently the repainting of the bumper didn't go well and it was fully replaced. Again, this should have been caught and fixed before calling me for the pick up. When I returned a few days later, the scratch there were swirl marks. Rather than take the car back again (as things kept getting worse rather than better), I took care of the swirl marks on my own. In the end, I have a new car that still has some visible scratches. This also took the fun out of a new car buying experience. That said, they made an effort to get it right and made a car payment to cover the month that they had the car in their shop. I recommend two things to potential customers of this dealership: 1) Do not use Flemington for any body work. They outsource this work and based on my experience it is not unfair to call their vendors incompetent. 2) Fully check your new car before taking delivery. If you find any issues, refuse that vehicle and insist on a different car. More

Terrible Their service departments do not service your car properly. I have had numerous discussions about after my car was supposedly serviced, when i leave a Their service departments do not service your car properly. I have had numerous discussions about after my car was supposedly serviced, when i leave all different lights come on and the issues that i thought were fixed are still occurring. this last visit was the worst. I then take the Audi to another shop and they showed me that items that were to be replaced were old, dirty and never changed. Stay away from their service department. More
