Great no pressure sale from David and Alex. Alex held my hand through the entire process and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my Pre owned Accord even after purchasing. Chris in finance was great but I wish I had more explanation on what the Honda Care Warranty was. It was late at night and That part was very rushed. Chris did give me an extra day to make my decision by doing my own research,, but I do feel I would've been better equipped had I been given pamphlets, prices etc prior to sitting down and signing the check. It made it feel like a needless option just to make money. At no fault of Chris as he was wonderful giving me extra time however, the dealership should be more forthcoming about what it entails etc prior to 11pm at night when everyone is ready to go home. Thank you again for my overall great buying experience and I look forward to driving my new, reliable car around town! More
