This was absolutely, beyond a shadow of a doubt, the best car buying experience I have ever had! Chris is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to show me my options. He made sure I was comfortable and confident with my ultimate decision. I was there for quite a while trying to work something out and not once did I ever feel even the slightest bit pressured in any way. Chris was incredibly patient with me and really listened to what I wanted,what I needed,and what I could actually afford to do.I know Chris cared and wanted to ensure that I made the right choice for ME,not for him or Palm Coast Ford or anyone....just me.The GM Don was wonderful as well and made it possible to drive away in my "New-to-me" used Ford Taurus. Sean and Chris worked with the GM in order that I could get the vehicle that I was interested in at the price that I was willing to spend which was considerably lower than the price that was posted on the get the vehicle that I was interested in at the price that I was willing to spend which was considerably lower than the price that was posted on the windshield. They were did a supberb job also this is my second car i have purchased from the dealership solely due to the fact of how much Chris was able to influence my last deal. I will tell anyone looking for a vehicle about how they really were motivated to reduce the price of my car in order that I would do business with them. My daughter will be looking in the next 6 months or so aaand I will bring her right back here. Although it took several attempts by the money department to come up with an acceptable figure, in the end they did just that and I left the lot with my newly purchased vehicle.THANKS CHRIS AND SEAN More
