Chris S and Justin H were extremely helpful with our new car - lease. Took time to make sure lease and financing was moving forward smoothly. Also took time to go through the setup screens and get the K car - lease. Took time to make sure lease and financing was moving forward smoothly. Sold Sorento out from under me, again. Chris said it was going into service to get navigation fixed at at 2 pm Fri and to have a "good weekend." Monday I called and arranged a passenger Chris said it was going into service to get navigation fixed at at 2 pm Fri and to have a "good weekend." Monday I called and arranged a passenger to come 140 mi and purchase it and he said someone came and bought it Sat without nav being fixed. Hmmm. Screwed again. Guess they took it right out of the service bay and drove it away. Second screw's always a dream at Luther Kia. Glad I called first. Thanks. Shame on me. Bought one Kia and hoped for two from them. Won't be a second or third. Potential buyer beware. More
