When I found that the EX (one model higher than the LX) was a better fit, they worked with I went in wanting 2 Honda pilot LX (the cheapest one) cars. A better experience after dealing with the GSM Paul We purchased a Honda HRV and did not have a good experience with the sales person. I complained and was contacted by the GSM-Paul Who offered to del We purchased a Honda HRV and did not have a good experience with the sales person. I complained and was contacted by the GSM-Paul Who offered to deliver a loaner vehicle and fix any and all issues we had (cracked window, broken mirror housing, bad remote batteries, centers consol cover). GSM Paul had the car picked up on Monday and returned on Wednesday in perfect condition. I believe that GSM-Paul values customer service and took my feedback seriously. It is my sincere hope that training takes place with staff as how to interact with customers and also be sensitive to customers that state they have a disability. This was our families 5th vehicle from manly Homda. I will return but armesnwith thenknowledge that I need a sales person that wants to make sure things are right from the starry. Also when the vehicle was being repaired I was updated personally by the parts / repair department (Ted) and they were outstanding in keeping me in the loop. I had left a disability stability device in the loaner vehicle and Paul had it mailed to me right away.....fantastic.
