From the start Chris was never pushy but yet he was genuine and respectful. He kept his appointment commitments and was flexible with my time. You can tell, he clearly likes working there that was good to see as well. The reason for 4 stars is due to my transfer at the finance department. The new employee (don't remember his name) from So-Cal at the time came short on customer service. A disconnect had me walking back and forth to Chris and to the finance fella. I would've liked him to show some engagement, stay on top of documents and bid a proper transfer/goodbye when customer leaves after he has received my money. I had to ask him if I was done while he was still sitting in his chair looking busy. More
