So when I decided it was finally time to upgrade my car, I knew I had to see for myself what he was talking about. From the moment I arrived, the experience was outstanding. My salesman who was also Edwin M, was incredible throughout the entire process. I’ve been a Jeep Compass fan since I started driving, my first car was a 2007 Compass, and later I upgraded to a 2017, so I came in pretty set on getting another one. However, other models they had on display piqued my curiosity. Edwin took the time to show me the models, such as the Wrangler and Grand Cherokee. He thoroughly explained the features and cost breakdowns and encouraged me to test-drive each one so I could get the full experience. That decision changed everything. After test driving, I completely fell in love with the Jeep Wrangler Willy’s Edition and went home with it! At no point did I feel rushed or pressured. Edwin went over every detail, answered every question I could think of, and truly reassured me that I was making the right choice. Buying a brand-new car can be scary, but I felt supported and confident the entire time. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Chris T in the finance department for making all the paperwork and number talk smooth and stress-free. Overall, this dealership is phenomenal. Having people like Edwin and Chris truly makes a difference and is great for business growth. I highly recommend Rockland CDJR to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
