Service was good Getting an appointment difficult had to call three times Second year in a row no soap in the men’s room. Without prior notification no checks accepted Credit card fee 4% I had only to call three times Second year in a row no soap in the men’s room. Without prior notification no checks accepted Credit card fee 4% I had only 20 in cash I had service last year on my car I wrote a check I have been a paying customer for 8 years. Yes they drove me to my bank so I could pay in cash I waited and the coffee machine was not working Glad you asked for my opinion More

Awful service department in every respective. My car was there one month. For the first few weeks they had to consult with Maserati in Italy to learn what might be wrong. They changed me over $50 My car was there one month. For the first few weeks they had to consult with Maserati in Italy to learn what might be wrong. They changed me over $5000 for a new AC compressor, but the AC did not work after paying $8300 for repairs. This is the worst of the worst in the country. I sold the car because I will never return to the place nor will I ever purchase an Italian car again. This experience makes one realize just how good German car manufacturers and service departments are. They should take some lessons from Mercedes. More

Angel was absolutely awesome - he went above and beyond with thorough contact before coming in to see the vehicle I was looking at (he even took the time to send me a video of the car before coming to the with thorough contact before coming in to see the vehicle I was looking at (he even took the time to send me a video of the car before coming to the dealership), and he worked hard to get me the best deal possible. Hollando was great as well - there was a hiccup after I drove the car off the lot, and he made sure I was taken care of to fix that scenario. Great experience and great team of people they have at this dealership (as great as it could be when car shopping, as it’s a lot of effort!). More

The service manager responded that "the price of the alignment was the lowest on the street." More
