New Purchase - Great Service We were in the market to purchase new Rav4 SE and had been searching online, but wanted to see colors and options in person. Toyota of North Charlotte We were in the market to purchase new Rav4 SE and had been searching online, but wanted to see colors and options in person. Toyota of North Charlotte had more cars to look at which gave us more colors and options to view than any other dealership we had previously considered. They happily located the vehicles we were interested in on their huge lot and pulled them out for us to take a closer look. Even though the one we chose had an internet price, Randy gladly took our offer to be reviewed by the manager and they accepted it! We were there on a Saturday evening so there wasn't a way for us to contact our bank to provide our own financing, but Kim was able to do the paperwork for us so we could bring a check from our bank on Monday and take the car home that night. When we came back with the check, Cathy quickly finished up the necessary paperwork, picked up our floor/cargo mats from parts department, INSTALLED them in our car (could have just handed them to us!), gave us a fuel ticket to fill-up, and sent us over to service for a complimentary car wash! Way above & beyond what was expected! Overall a great experience! More
