The only reason that I go to this dealership for service is because I bought my car from here and it is the closest dealership to my address. The sales department is supurb, but the service department is te is because I bought my car from here and it is the closest dealership to my address. The sales department is supurb, but the service department is terrible. This was my last time giving them a chance. I'm not even sure that they did the work. I left my car at the service center to get an oil change. They told me that I had tire rotations available. I assumed that they were going to do that since the haven't been doing them. The didn't rotate the tires and didn't replace the service sticker in the upper left hand corner of my window, so I don't even knlw if the oild was relplaced. The usually give me a sheet of everytbing that was checked during the maintenance, but the didn't do that either. I will no longer come to this service center. I'm tire of having to wait 2-3 hours for an oil change anyway. More
