I was referred to the dealership and specific sales rep by a friend. Chris was very professional and took immediately to hearing out what I was looking for in my new toyota. He is the type of sales rep that I would definitely follow up with when I have questions during my lease term. The one thing that was a bit frustrating was that I expected to pay a specific amount as a down payment which was dramatically different from what I winded up paying although the final lease term payments were at my desired price.
