This is my 4th car that I'm getting from this dealership. I was coming off of a lease for my 2020 Corolla and was interested in leasing a new car. When I mentioned that to Shermica at the reception desk, she immediately understood my situation and got me the best sales guy there was..Chris Williams. A bit about Shermica: She is a very sweet person, whose demeanor and smile can defuse any situation you might be in. She was a pleasure to talk with, and I highly recommend that she be your first stop when entering the dealership. Let me talk about Chris for a moment. Chris is a true gentleman. He is very knowledgable, friendly, professional, and understanding. When I told him that I was looking for something within my budget range, he got right to work, looking for the best possible car and helping make the best possible deal. He wasn't pushy, and when *I* pushed back at times, he worked with me to find a solution to what I had an issue with. It was a real pleasure working with him. He then sent me to Robert Savage in financing. Robert is a really great guy. This is my second time having him as my finance guy, and he was a pleasure to work with as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a car, where they treat you like family. More
