I am a new ferrari owner, purchased an old 1988 328GTS and sent it directly to Boardwalk Ferrari to be serviced. Many thanks to Steve Fordham, his active involvement with the Ferrari owners community made and sent it directly to Boardwalk Ferrari to be serviced. Many thanks to Steve Fordham, his active involvement with the Ferrari owners community made me choose their company to perform the full evaluation and service of my car. The follow up with Ernesto was always cordial and kept me informed puntually. I was like a 12 y7o kid when I picked up my car, Ernesto had the courtesy and time to tour me around the facilities... something I really enjoy. I drove my car 460 miles after the service and it was like new. More

Chris Williams went above and beyond in getting my car taken care of. Not only did he find a rebuild part for my car but that part was less expensive, arrived quicker and had a longer warranty than the m taken care of. The folks there, from Steve the Service Manager to Chris Williams who was my service manager, are extremely well informed, professional and customer service focused. The prices seem quite high, but it is Williams who was my service manager, are extremely well informed, professional and customer service focused. The prices seem quite high, but it is a Ferrari after all. I certainly sleep better knowing that they do their best to keep the car in outstanding condition. They did overlook 'resetting' the SERVICE DUE SOON' message on the instrument panel, but I'm hoping they will give me instructions on how to do that myself without a return to the dealership. More

My experience was great. I arrived early on Saturday before the dealership was open and found that Chris was waiting for me so I could get out on the road earlier.
