Terrible service never called me back when they said they would lied about doing stuff.,what was in it.Left my car, dirty with tools and stuff not installed. No one drove my car after tire rotation and alignment that I added after an Oil change and it was worse than I I brought it in. So I had to bring it back and they told me I was going to have to leave it that I added after an Oil change and it was worse than I I brought it in. So I had to bring it back and they told me I was going to have to leave it there cause it was close to closing time - but luckily I told them I had work tomorrow and they stated late to fix it. So I spent most my Friday evening at Findlay Nissan rather than with my family. I will be coming back for more service hoping that this was a fluke experience. However to say the least I was disappointed and dissatisfied with the service and have high hopes next time is a wonderful experience. Also on a side note , the waiting room had extensive roof damage and ceiling tiles with clear water saturation and visual discoloration which usually means mold and or black mold. I highly suggest you remediate this situation before you end up with a very sue happy client. Anyways thank you for correcting the problem and not looking forward to coming back but I am a big believer in second chances. Have a blessed day Warm regards Steven M Vandermost More
