Hi Alyx, Thank you for your outreach. At this time, I do not believe further resolution is necessary, as the matter has been addressed. While I was without a vehicle for one day due to a part issue, no lasting inconvenience or harm resulted. That said, I encourage your team to implement more timely resolutions for similar situations in the future. Given that I was able to provide both documentation and email confirmation indicating the recall had already been completed on March 7, 2026, a more immediate response would have been appropriate.
