Me and my Family are very happy with the customer service in Sport Mazda Longwood. The Sale Person Cristian he is the best really helpful and respectful. Customer service & Myriad of quality issues. I'm past the point of where do I begin but I will try. I brought my 2019 Soul Red Mazda 6 car in to be inspected for paint chips. The car had between I'm past the point of where do I begin but I will try. I brought my 2019 Soul Red Mazda 6 car in to be inspected for paint chips. The car had between 20 and 25 chips in the paint. Mazda decides to paint only HALF of the car and well I have no choice so we proceed. The car was painted and an extra coat of clear coat applied. The car looked terrible it was sent back 3 three times.to correct the problem, finally they called me this Saturday 07-18-20 to say it was ready to be picked up and some other coating was added to the paint at the dealership. The money and time wasted on the coating made ZERO sense being the car looked terrible already. They kept the car for about 6 weeks. At this point I spoke to the GM Dan Parker he tried to do the decent thing he put me in another new car, same payment, lower interest rate you have to speak the good and the bad. But that didn't negate the fact that I wasted a YEAR worth of car payments for the 2019 Mazda and now I added another year to a loan for a new car that I shouldn't have needed to do. Yesterday morning I text the salesman Christian Atencio asking him if he could get me the car yesterday instead of today he responded that he would. I didn't hear from him again until I text him at 5:28 pm he told me I would not get the car yesterday he was busy. I can live with being told no from the beginning but failure to come through with your word in an industry where salespeople can get such a bad reputation is just unacceptable. Today I received phone calls, text messages even videos on my car being at the dealer how it's almost ready and lastly come on in. I park and there I am greeted by Christian only to tell me the cars not ready, the paint is no good we have to get another car. I asked him what he has on the lot, a this point I'm done? I just want out of there give me a car and let your customer go. He has a more expensive car which of course is going to bring in more money the right thing would've been to get me out of there with the car, they already made plenty of money. I had already lost a year worth of car payments and added another year worth of payments to my loan. My aggravation level was through the roof wasted time today, anticipating they would do the right thing and my wasted gas. This has been a nightmare for my wife and I. I easily can go on or go back and add to this but it doesn't matter I just want to be done with sports Mazda. More
