Vehicle purchase was done completly over the phone and the internet. Christian was excellent taking us through the sales process. Finance staff aided in making the purchase very smooth. After initial payment to hold the car the final payment was made with a check when the car was delivered to my house which is over 85 miles from the dealership. Final documents were signed on my dining room table. No high pressure dragged out negotiating. I know what I wanted. The dealership was able to get the car I wanted and I did my research on the pricing. I am not sure that they were the very cheapest in the United States but they were the most enjoyable to deal with. Now I am curious what the dealership looks like and I might pass by three Toyota Dealers to go the 85 miles (1way) to meet the staff in person when maintenance is due. More
