Initial interactions with the sales staff were OK, but things went downhill from there. The vehicle was advertised with the "lifetime warranty" (there was a banner on the windshield on the lot), but we w things went downhill from there. We were asked to close the deal that night instead of coming back the next day (even though the dealership was about to close), so we didn't get done until after 10:00 pm. The negotiation was "old school" car dealership with the actual decision maker hiding behind a counter. We were talked into financing we didn't need or want with the "carrot" of an additional discount which never materialized. When the time finally came to sign documents, we were rushed through the process by Christian, who clearly didn't want to be there so late. He was rude, impatient and condescending. If the vehicle we purchased had not been "unique" we would have walked out. More
