I have purchased Lexuses from Westside Lexus since 1990. I have used their Service Department for all scheduled maintenances. Jeffery Byers and Scott Bissonett have been my main contacts with Westside and I have used their Service Department for all scheduled maintenances. With the exception of talking to Mary Margaret McGowan, who I’ve known since I purchased my first Lexus in 91, I did not have any communication with Westside. I attempted to call Mike Shafer as well as Chr who I’ve known since I purchased my first Lexus in 91, I did not have any communication with Westside. I attempted to call Mike Shafer as well as Christian Davidson, each twice to go over some questions I had. I never received a return call from either. Too busy? This was just to purchase a car that the lease was expiring. Seems simple. More
