First let me start off how impressive the Dealership looks. I receive great Customer Service. In no way did I every feel pressured into buying anything. The staff are all welcoming and patient. I might add Jeff Jones is very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He did an outstanding job with explaining all there is to know about the Lexus ES.
