Sinh made our entire experience quick, safe and incredibly easy. The dealership is gorgeous with such attention to details. Everyone practiced social distancing. Paperwork was handled as if it were already the 22nd century! My car was ready for my pickup, located in it’s own sterile bay, closed off to the rest of the people at the dealership. The entire process, directed by Sinh Pham, was expedited courteously and professionally. As my family passed by Lexus employees they all greeted us and thanked us for coming. I love my new vehicle! I would not recommend Westside Lexus to anyone. I had multiple issues of their making - from not receiving a Bill of Sale for almost 2 months, lying to me, to not submitting the paid state sales tax for multiple issues of their making - from not receiving a Bill of Sale for almost 2 months, lying to me, to not submitting the paid state sales tax for registration/license plates. This situation was more complicated given the registration in a different state; however, their delays have resulted in my new vehicle becoming a 2 ton paperweight. The only decent employee was Cecilia, the Title Clerk, who made up for the others' shortcomings. For the record, I've bought Lexus vehicles before and never had any problems. Go elsewhere! More
