He gave us time to compare and discuss options and then discussed colors and availability. The financing went smoothly. Shekhar collected paperwork from us then Christian Davidson called (very polite) to begin the process. Mike Shafer was very friendly and explained the process and papers to us. Christian Partridge spent a long time explaining our car to us and helping us to set up some things. He answered all questions and did not try to rush us. He too was very friendly and polite. The entire experience went smoothly and we drove away in our car much more quickly than we had imagined.
