I had a recall that I needed to go in for as well as some issues with my lights. They fixed the issues and diagnosed another issue with me and went over the pricing. No communication about the status of your vehicle throughout the day. Diagnosis report came back with filter needing to change but no call about it so I need to make another appointment to have it ch throughout the day. No one is there to answer the phone and texting the number given there is still no response. I am a unsatisfied customer. Poor communication More

I’ll start off with the fact that I bought my vehicle from this dealership roughly 3 years ago. My vehicle became due for a recall so I dropped my vehicle off to hopefully fix the issue with my vehicle n from this dealership roughly 3 years ago. My vehicle became due for a recall so I dropped my vehicle off to hopefully fix the issue with my vehicle not starting. After calling roughly 4 times, I was able to speak with Christian. I was told that the battery($300) would need to be replaced to be worked on further so we went ahead and agreed so the recall could be fixed. I picked my vehicle up this past week and to my surprise, my vehicle now had visible mold on my driver/passenger side floors and to both my front and back seat belts. Elizabeth, at the front desk, expressed her regret that this occurred and was able to have my vehicle detailed I was very thankful that something was done. She was very helpful and personable during the entire encounter. Lastly, I left the dealership after the cleaning and drove it south 2 hours to my apartment and let it sit for a few hours. When I came back out again to drive, it was unable to start(the same reason I originally dropped the vehicle off). Ultimately, I left my vehicle in my garage and took the shuttle back to Anchorage. I would like to shout out Blayke as he was the only one I could get ahold of through the process. He was beyond helpful and when he said he’d do something, he did it. More

Some departments at this dealership needs to be improved specially the sales deparment. I had a very unpleasant experience but a the end I got a new car for my son and that was my main goal and I called to specially the sales deparment. I had a very unpleasant experience but a the end I got a new car for my son and that was my main goal and I called to have some kind of help and Blayke picked up the phone and helped to get this right I am still waiting for the results but I am happy for his help . My wife and I are thinking about getting a new car in a few months but we have to think twice before getting into the sales department again. Parts department the guy sitting in the chair the whole day is rude he has 0 customer vice service skills I askedfor key replacementcost estimate y he show 0 interest in what I was asking him. But the SERVICE department was a TOTAL different experience, my car's oil pan somehow was damage when oil change was done a the dealership, so I took the car back and Christian Diaz a very nice and professional advisor was a the customer service desk and I explained him my case and he was empathic and took care of the issue. Honestly he deserves a 5 stars for his outstanding customer service skills, the five stars given to the dealership is because of his department and him. Thank you Lithia Hyundai for having great employees like this young man. Christian thank you so much for your help, you are helping this dealership very well to keeping me as a customer and I am sure is not just me. Keep doing a great job. More

I just want to thank for checking my engine and kept it for 2 days and found it to be in good condition.
