Great experience! Before my visit Adrianne reached out to pre-approve the purchase then Tyler and Jason worked the entire day to get me into a vehicle that fit my demands. Found the perfect car at the perfect price but lacked heated seats (one of my absolute musts). Both Tyler and Jason called around to find the best deal on having the heaters installed at the dealer's cost. Christian in finance was amazing as well, gave me a great deal on an extended warranty and gap insurance and walked me through tips and tricks to save money on the loan. Not one time did I feel an uncomfortable pressure from him like I have with other salesmen in my past experiences. But yet he was determined to make a sale to me in a very very professional manor. Even after the sale was made and finalized I felt like he still cared for me not just for the sale. Due to his kindness, caring for what I was looking for in a truck and professionalism I will be back to your dealership to purchase my next automobile. In the Finance dept. Christian Fielden was kind, informative and professional as well. Also Josh Marks I did not speak with him much but he was just as kind and friendly as well.
