I arrived at 7:10 am to be first in line to drop car off and receive my loaner. The manager was off and the worker who was to issue my loaner never showed up 7:30. I was late to work and despite all my efforts to show up early be first in line the dealership did not pull their end of the situation. There was confusion, disorganization and I believe the 8 am worker never showed either. Very disappointed. I picked up my car and the very next day I had low tire pressure and realized there was a nail on my tire. I understand it’s difficult to k ow exactly when it happened but I sure hope the work area is neat and tidy. It’s been years since I had a nail in my tire. More
