Thanks so much for your business! As clarification, W&L Subaru is in a non-emissions county, so when we inspect our cars we typically only do the state safety inspection. State law gives emissions county buyers 10 days to get the emissions sticker after purchasing in a non-emissions county. If you'd like to stop back in we can certainly put that emissions sticker on for you. Just give your salesperson a call at 570.473.3432 to set that up. Thanks again!

Hi, 1313johnmac. We wanted to check in to see if we could get more details on what happened during your recent visit to W&L Subaru, Northumberland, PA with Christian. We don't have an "Eric" who works in either management or sales, nor any customer in our system from the last 5 weeks named John or Jonathan who worked with Christian, so we weren't sure this was meant for our dealership. I purchased a new outback for Paula Longo . We tried to get an exact quote from Christine for the car with all accessories, that didn’t happen!! Picked up the car , paid the invoice, to later get an invoice for a hitch , $901 . I called to talk to your manager, he told me that I should call my lawyer to talk to your lawyer He told me that I was combative? I sent you the $901, because I’m so combative , really ! You got your money, but you will never sell a unit to me or my family again . By the way, I buy at least two units a year Sincerely John
