On short notice, as we were stranded in Homestead with a broken Ram, Miguel and Chris rushed to get me out on a Monday afternoon with excellent service! The diesel mechanic was Anthony and his helper was Carlos, and they were excellent, diagnosing the issue, rushing the parts to them and I had a 6 hour wait but this dealership is the best service department we have ever been to since I’ve owned Ram trucks and I’ve owned 6 since 2006! They literally dropped everything to get me back on the road after a stressful weekend! I’m going to write a letter to Mopar also to commend your Service Department and the fellows who helped me! Was given a rental vehicle while my car was supposed to be in the shop for 3 days. This has turned into over 40 days at the dealer, and a charge of over $800 from the neighboring Enterprise, for which I wa be in the shop for 3 days.
