Many delayed times, lack of communication on what’s happening with the vehicle, over charging on parts for the car. I will continue to come to you guys for my car repairs but I really hope that from no happening with the vehicle, over charging on parts for the car. I will continue to come to you guys for my car repairs but I really hope that from now on when I show up the communication between you guys and me is improved and I’m not going to be yelled at over the phone by service and be treated like one of yours guest and not a inconvenience.
