I was sold a 2017 Ford Explorer. I asked three times if the car was a AWD or 4WD and I was assured that it was by Christian. Once I found out that the car was not as advertised, I tried to return the car but the dealership dragged its feet. I am very dissatisfied and will probably file a complaint with the attorney general and the NC DMV. More
