It was also very difficult to get him to understand that in South Dakota we take care of our tax title and licensing at the courthouse and it has nothing to do with my loan. I would honestly prefer to not do any kind of business with him again. More

On the other hand, Christian, the guy who attempted to do my paperwork, was far from professional. The threats and unprofessionalism we're nothing I have ever encountered in my lifetime, all due to mistakes HE made in the paperwork. How he still has a job is beyond me. Even though there were mechanical issues that arose, Dylan and the service department were very willing to work with me. Dylan went above and beyond his job making sure I was still satisfied with my purchase, even after the sale was completed. More

Dylan, the car salesman I worked with was very good at his job and one of the best guys I have worked with! He was super helpful, very honest, personable, wasn't just looking to take my money but also to his job and one of the best guys I have worked with! He was super helpful, very honest, personable, wasn't just looking to take my money but also to put me in a reliable vehicle and also just knew what he needed to know about cars! On the other hand I did not have a good experience with Christian in the finance department. He messed up a couple of things and was not very reliable. Did I get a good deal out of it? Yes! But the way he handled the experience was not professorial and he should be trained more. I'm glad I knew what I knew otherwise he would of pulled a lot of xxxx on me after messing up! All in all I'm happy with my vehicle and most of my experience. More

What started off a good experience quickly went south. We purchased 2 used vehicles from Christian. One had an antifreeze leak which required fixing and took several days. Fine. No rush. Got the call from We purchased 2 used vehicles from Christian. One had an antifreeze leak which required fixing and took several days. Fine. No rush. Got the call from Christian that the vehicle was fixed a week later and we could come pick it up. By the way, he informed us that we now have a new sales contact as he was promoted. This was not cool and not good business. Christian should have finished up the sale instead of handing us off. We asked the new sales person if they had the spare key. No, didn't know anything about it - even after a week of having the vehicle and our money. We could pick that up at a later date. Not fine as we don't live close by. We were made to feel like we were putting them out to request this last minute when we requested the antifreeze fix and the key when we signed papers. Got the vehicle home and discovered that the heat did not work in the car on the passenger side. Contacted Christian on a Saturday morning. Radio Silence - that was 12 days ago, and it has been frigidly cold. We ended up taking the vehicle to a local mechanic who discovered that when this dealership replaced the heater core to fix the antifreeze issue, they didn't hook up the vents on the passenger side, and they left out several screws. So disappointing to be handed off before the sale was finalized and to not get a response once the heating issue, that they created, was discovered. Christian meant well, but this was not a good customer service experience, and Christian could have done more. We asked to talk to management. No call from either of them. Ignoring the problem doesn't make it go away, but it does make us want to tell others to consider shopping elsewhere when looking to buy a vehicle. More
