Just very frustrating that a brand new vehicle has been dead twice due to electrical related issues. The loaner car I was given...I have never experienced a time when given a loaner car that had to put gas dead twice due to electrical related issues. The loaner car I was given...I have never experienced a time when given a loaner car that had to put gas back in it upon return. Just weird to me. This is my first time owning a Jeep and that is just weird to me that I have to gas the car back up. I will never be visiting this dealership again. Not only was I overcharged but was also put under another persons information even when I explicitly stated many times it being a different car ,color Not only was I overcharged but was also put under another persons information even when I explicitly stated many times it being a different car ,color, model and vin number.They also did not believe I owned my car and the service took 7 hours for an oil change, brakes flushed ,new cabin filters and tires rotated with making an appointment for 7:30 am.The advisor I had also refused to come talk to me about my car but instead would text me compared to every other advisor that came and talked pricing and any extra work needing to be done with other people waiting. The work done on my car didn’t need to be done either since it was put under someone else’s name instead of mine. More
