Went in for a simple tire rotation and to look at my tire spouts quoted 130 dollars and 3 hour pick up time had my car for three days and left with 2000 unapproved bill still don’t know that i was charged co spouts quoted 130 dollars and 3 hour pick up time had my car for three days and left with 2000 unapproved bill still don’t know that i was charged correctly. Was given no clarification why i had to pay for something that was not approved for 2000 dollars. Had to harass them for two days just to get the result from my purchase and all they did was say that they could just give us a free oil change which is roughly 100 bucks. Very unhappy with my service. The service worker rebecca was new and clearly not ready to be on her own, Elizabeth tried to step in and help but it was already so far down and the service had already been done More
