Malcolm and Ricky the car guru were able to answer all questions and provided great detail on the qualities of the 530i I was looking to purchase. No pushy sales. He was very professional, polite and attentive to our needs throughout the process. Kevin checked many times to ensure we were well taken care of. Christina was very efficient with all the financial, warranty, and licensing and registration matters, and was quick to process a change we requested after the sale. Ricky did a great job explaining how all the automated systems worked and made settings tailored to our needs and preferences. Overall, the best car buying experience we've ever had. More

James was fair and honest when we discussed pricing and ordering the vehicle. He was also prompt with every answering every question I threw his way throughout the 6 week or so process. He also knew a ton of information re; the car and the new technology it offers, Darian, the BMW Genius was also a huge help and promised to review any questions I still had in the new few weeks as follow up. All in all, hands down, I highly recommend! I told James I hope he’s still there for the next time I need a new car! More
