James was wonderful, professional, and a great ambassador for the dealership. The finance department, however, was awful and really marred a good experience. Finance rep was totally oblivious to customers waiting and couldn't have cared less. Result was that I missed and important meeting that evening in Fernandina. Entire time to pick up a used car (which had been paid for in advance with a wire transfer) took nearly two hours. James, the sales rep, was clearly troubled and embarrassed, but there was nothing he could do. He tried heroically to cover for the finance folks. More
