Awesome customer service! Saw a gorgeous 2017 Mazda Miata/MX-5 online and called to see if they would check a few details not listed in the advertisement. I live almost 2 hour Saw a gorgeous 2017 Mazda Miata/MX-5 online and called to see if they would check a few details not listed in the advertisement. I live almost 2 hours away and Jesse not only answered my questions honestly, but made a video, too! Made an appointment to see them that Friday and they had the car waiting for me, ready to test drive. The test drive was great as it had a ton of twists and turns so I was able to cycle through all the gears. Trading in my mom-mobile was easy and the only thing I had to do was wait. It being Memorial Day weekend, the wait was a bit of a long one but not a big deal. Every person that worked there was patient and kind, even lent me a phone charger when my phone was about to die! Christina in Financing was patient with me and explained anything I didn't understand and answered all my questions. Overall, great experience and got to learn about different BMWs ( I now am saving for that Z4!) while waiting my turn with the financier. Definitely recommend to everyone! More
