I purchased 2 trucks from the fleet department in the last quarter of 2021. My experience was wonderful. The relationship started with Christa Wagner and ended with Christine Cunningham. Christine Cunningham did the IMPOSSIBLE. She found our organization not one - but four - brand spanking new 8 passenger vans. The search was gruesome - with grant funding having very narrow allowances an organization not one - but four - brand spanking new 8 passenger vans. The search was gruesome - with grant funding having very narrow allowances and no existing inventory. And, this was all done with 2 days to spare for the grant expiration. Then to place the cherry on the top, she orchestrated a seamless pick up for the 4 staff to arrive at once to drive them back to their new home. Who knew shopping could be so delightful? Left dealership with good feeling about the vehicle I just bought. But was not happy when I got home to find out that my tires were not checked for correct pressure and the console compartment was dirty. just bought. But was not happy when I got home to find out that my tires were not checked for correct pressure and the console compartment was dirty. Also I was told that I have Sirus radio but salesperson Never went over how to get it on. Not very happy about that. Will be bring car back to have tire pressure ducted to specifications. More
