My car was in the shop 3 MONTHS WAITING FOR A PART ! This was unacceptable . The loaner car would not let me use my ez pass charging me inflated rates for tolls . They didn’t have a loaner car so they came to pick up my car and returned it to me the very next day. I was able to use my rewards points so didn’t cost me a thing. I was very satisfied with my experience at the Paul Conte Cadillac service center. Unfortunately I neglected to get the women's name who first of all took my inquiry when I called and explained my vehicle's Cadillac service center. She was extremely patient, knowledgeable and made my crisis so much less of a stress. I will go back to visit her and also thank her again in person; I think her name was Christine. More
