The only sore spot I have with the dealership is in the area of getting information about the service and maintenance on out new GLC-300. This seems to be a grey area. Barry gave me the name and phone number of a service writer (name of Alex) at this dealership, but so far both times that I have called him I had to leave a message. I provided my personal information (phone# and email) but have never received a return call from him to answer some of my service-related questions. More
