The only sore spot I have with the dealership is in the area of getting information about the service and maintenance on out new GLC-300. This seems to be a grey area. Barry gave me the name and phone number of a service writer (name of Alex) at this dealership, but so far both times that I have called him I had to leave a message. I provided my personal information (phone# and email) but have never received a return call from him to answer some of my service-related questions. More

Kyle made it real easy to work with to get our purchase. The vehicle caught our eye and Kyle was there instantly to assist us, we did not have to go looking for a salesman.
