Chris delivers luxury product sales and support! From my first visit, Chris demonstrated a real eagerness to help and support me, not just make a deal work for him/Lexus. He stayed late (both times) From my first visit, Chris demonstrated a real eagerness to help and support me, not just make a deal work for him/Lexus. He stayed late (both times), and we did the test drives that I needed. I was unsure if I wanted one from his inventory or another that was closer to me (Sharon represents an hour drive for me each way). After my first visit Chris made a couple follow up calls - very respectful and not pushy at all, just the right balance. I was talking to several other dealerships, and Chris was BY FAR the most and best engaged - super professional. One detail that caught my attention through the sales process is that in other dealerships the manager is the one who typically does the follow up calls. I don't like that at all. I want the person who's working with me to do the follow up calls to nurture a working relationship, not talk to someone that I barely know or may have never even heard of or met. Chris' personal touch is exactly what I want from a luxury product sales process. Personal. Get to know me. Work with me, not just sell to me. Chris has absolutely the right approach, and that strongly influenced my purchase decision despite Sharon being so inconvenient for me. Throughout the sales process Chris was nothing but all-smiles. He took care of things and kept every interaction light and lively. No snootiness, very humble and down to earth. Overall, it was a great purchase experience. This was the first CPO vehicle that I purchase; I'd always purchased brand new but had to unexpectedly replace my Lexus after a tree flattened it! So, I was somewhat apprehensive about CPO, but Chris gave me assurances that all would be fine and if anything was found it would be dealt with. Herb Chambers' CPO purchase policies were a super big plus for me, so I limited my search to Herb Chambers inventory. I did purchase the vehicle, and something (a little surprising, as it was a very obvious issue) was found afterwards. And, as Chris said, it was dealt with. I did need his help and support to get everything squared away, and he didn't stop after the sale was closed; he made sure that I was taken care of even after he had closed the deal. When I needed it, his hand-off to Brian Matthews was seamless from my perspective, and Brian took care of everything right away. I HIGHLY recommend talking with Chris if you need to purchase a vehicle. He knows the vehicles very well and takes healthy pride in the product. He spent some time showing me all the features before I drove away. He paid attention to the little details, which are sometimes the most memorable. I read through some of the other comments here, and I can totally see Chris in them. You'll be in great hands with Chris! Regarding my DEALERSHIP rating (since that isn't optional in this survey, which I would have preferred to skip)... I struggled a bit with those two questions... As I imply above, there was an issue; and, there was some unpleasant stuff with the Service Department. So, I did need help - that's an issue. AND, Chris and Brian took care of things. So, I can't say the overall rating of this dealership is excellent... Recommend this dealership ... I experienced a bit of a jaw-dropping, unpleasant situation, very surprising ... AND, Brian did the right thing and took care of everything immediately and without any hesitation, which I sincerely appreciated and sent him an email to thank him for his support. Full transparency. More

Great experience beginning to end I worked with Chris for a few weeks trying to find the right vehicle for me. I was waffling back and forth between 2 dealerships and in the end Chris I worked with Chris for a few weeks trying to find the right vehicle for me. I was waffling back and forth between 2 dealerships and in the end Chris and team came through for me. I got the car I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. Great experience all around. More

My salesman Chris Anderson made the experience so comfortable and positive. I’ve leased a lot of cars and it’s always been a bit of a struggle since I’m a single woman. I was treated with respect the whole time. Chris listened to me and stayed within my budget. No high pressure. I feel like the universe worked in my favor last Monday because Chris found me the perfect vehicle. One stop, deal done. Perfect. Also the day I picked up the vehicle Chris came in on his day off to explain everything about the car. Just a wonderful experience. More
