Professional salesmen!! I had seen a vehicle online that advertised a toyota highlander and I stopped by with my wife to see if it was still being advertised. the receptionis I had seen a vehicle online that advertised a toyota highlander and I stopped by with my wife to see if it was still being advertised. the receptionist made it very easy to have someone available show me the car I believe her name was Lori she offered me water twice which was nice of her. I showed where I saw the vehicle to Nick outside and he wanted to make sure it wasn't sold. Unfortunately, it was sold but I now have his card and he has my info to let me know about possible cars that become available. Also, Chris briefly came by and introduced himself but Nick was already helping me out and he was very friendly. More

Tutorial Although I purchased my Lexus 350RX in May, for a variety of reasons we just got around to doing the tutorial today. Salesman/ teacher Chris Anderson Although I purchased my Lexus 350RX in May, for a variety of reasons we just got around to doing the tutorial today. Salesman/ teacher Chris Anderson was outstanding! First of all, he was hindered by having to communicate via FaceTime He demonstrated extreme patience dealing with two senior citizens who are far from being tech-savvy. He also demonstrated a high level of knowledge not only about the RX But also about the technology. He kept things light with no pressure. Additionally, he was able to “dumb it down” to our level. We find him to very personable and working hard to please. We’re hoping he stays at Herb Chambers a long time so we can deal with him again. We would definitely recommend him!!! More
