I have been with BMW since July of 1983; started as a tech for 5 Towns BMW, and then went to Bayside BMW in 1986, working as a Service Advisor. I became Service Manager there until 1998. Next, I took a position at BMW of Manhattan, as the Paint & Body Shop Manager. For this position, I supervised the set up and ran the paint & body shop. In December of 2004, I came to Rallye BMW as a Service Advisor. I am proud to work for a dealer that has faith in the decisions that I make, which are always in the best interests of our customers and the dealership itself. I am from Elmhurst, NY and a graduate of Queens Vocational School. My ability to work with my hands spans from automotive to boat and home repairs. In my free time, I enjoy boating, hunting, fishing, and doing wood work. My motto is to treat others in a way that I would like to be treated!

Buyers beware!!! BMW is NOTORIOUS for NOT honoring the warranty and Rallye BMW and their rude, racist, nasty staff will make sure of that. My Husband and I purchased my dream car a BMW M6 in Oct 2017 f warranty and Rallye BMW and their rude, racist, nasty staff will make sure of that. My Husband and I purchased my dream car a BMW M6 in Oct 2017 from BMW of Freeport (great team over there). 2 weeks after I purchased the car there was a malfunction. Turns out the drive shaft and rear differential broke. What?!! I was in NJ at the time. I had roadside assistance take it to the nearest BMW where they “fixed it” stating the drive shaft was recalled and the rear differential “just broke”. Again- what?!!! On my way home back to Long Island the same day I picked the car up from being “fixed” the car broke down on me AGAIN on the expressway. I had roadside assistance take it Huntington where they “fixed it”. Dec 2017. Moving forward, I took my car for all scheduled maintenances at Rallye BMW. 2 years later (Oct 2019) the rear difference broke AGAIN!!!! Are you kidding me?!? Again?!! A rear differential??? I had it picked up and taken to Rallye. They’re giving me false, incomplete information, and claiming I abused my car and will not honor the warranty. WHAT?!! You’re kidding right? Nope. Chris Blanco, a disgusting human being. Rude, over speaks, outright LIES, and the incompetence is astonishing. He made a claim saying I’ve done smoking burnouts and launch control. I asked for a print out of that information he claimed. He couldn’t give me a complete detailed report of that (Because it’s a LIE) . I requested it several time from him and someone named carol. Another obnoxiously rude person. They could not produce evidence of that claim but still refused to honor the warranty. I contacted BMW North America also, they are another group of incompetent employees that know nothing and just kept referring me back to the dealer. They will not and do not contact customers back for weeks ( 3 to be exact). I later find out the car had a previous owner for a short time and the rear differential Broke on that person as well. So now that is a total of the rear differential breaking four times. I’m not an expert but that definitely sounds like a faulty mechanical issue on BMW’s part. The short version is: after having my car sit there for 4 weeks I had it picked up. The tow truck driver arrived at the scheduled time (I informed Rallye the car would be picked up on that day and time). They did not have the car ready, tow driver had to wait 30 minutes. And while waiting he had an unpleasant conversation with Chris Blaco. The driver made sure to share that with me when he dropped my car off to my home. When the tow driver arrived at my house he asked if I can video him showing me underneath my car before he takes it off the truck. He was in shock. He said Chris Blanco told him my car is a “xxxx show” that the woman “beats the xxxx out of the car”. So the tow driver is looking underneath my car and says, I can’t see what he’s claiming anywhere the car looks nearly perfect and brand new underneath. He didn’t see or identify and rubber splatter to back up those claims of abuse from “smokey burnouts or launch control”. He further stated that IF that was the case I would have gone through a lot more tires. I’ve had the car 2 years and purchased a set of new tires in October 2019. That was the 1st set of tires I purchased since owning the car!!! To add insult to injury before leaving the tow truck driver says “oh they asked me to give this to you” and pulls out a plastic bag filled with bolts from my car!!!!!! Are you kidding me?!!’ This car is $132K car! This is how they returned my car, AND with a broken trunk lock and all the engine covers removed and thrown into my trunk! RALLYE BMW SHAME ON YOU!!!!! I’ve since has many experts look into this and dispute their claims of abuse. I have contacted an attorney and will continue to pursue this and keep you all updated. My attorney’s have informed me that BMW is NOTORIOUS for this!!!! BUYERS BEWARE! I am saddened that I’ve had such a bad experience with BMW. However, if you must: BMW of Freeport is your best bet. Rallye is just downright awful..... you’ll see for yourself. I hope not but you’ll see. More
