I have been with BMW since July of 1983; started as a tech for 5 Towns BMW, and then went to Bayside BMW in 1986, working as a Service Advisor. I became Service Manager there until 1998. Next, I took a position at BMW of Manhattan, as the Paint & Body Shop Manager. For this position, I supervised the set up and ran the paint & body shop. In December of 2004, I came to Rallye BMW as a Service Advisor. I am proud to work for a dealer that has faith in the decisions that I make, which are always in the best interests of our customers and the dealership itself. I am from Elmhurst, NY and a graduate of Queens Vocational School. My ability to work with my hands spans from automotive to boat and home repairs. In my free time, I enjoy boating, hunting, fishing, and doing wood work. My motto is to treat others in a way that I would like to be treated!

BMW HEATED SEAT DANGEROUS RALLYE BMW heated seat mechanism has BRANDED and BURNT my daughters back permanently. This is a 2016 328i. She drives the car to the train for her job RALLYE BMW heated seat mechanism has BRANDED and BURNT my daughters back permanently. This is a 2016 328i. She drives the car to the train for her job as an RN in NYC saving little babies lives. After almost 2 months BMW refuses to replace the seat or the heating mechanism as their robot testing machinery says nothing is wrong! This is from Rallye BMW and their corporate office. I sat in the seat. It gets much hotter than the passenger seat. Alyssa has minimal body fat and effected her much more than perhaps it would my back. We were treated terribly by a company that we’ve given business to for over 15 years. For 6 years leasing 3 cars from them. It is unbelievable that they have permanently scarred my daughter and they are more worried about their loaner and how many miles were put on it. Such disrespect from a company we thought would PROTECT and BE sure our Family was driving a SAFE vehicle. We were bullied and made a mockery of. There are MANY dealerships out there. I strongly suggest you NEVER shop here or think again before choosing BMW. Corporate office says NOTHING IS WRONG WITH THE CAR. Please share if you would like to. Perhaps a tattoo saying BMW did this to me on her back would be appropriate for my beautiful daughter. More
