One of the salespeople made a huge mistake, but when we arrived, the sales managers ans another salesperson, Rashad, were empathetic and did everything they could to make it right to us. The sales guy was great. The sales manager was not so good and the finance guy never spoke except for sign here and tell me what I was signing. Never explained anything. I gave them a transponder key to my car I traded asked sales manager for one I. Return he said I can’t give you anything else on this car. Then he said the guy in parts said they stopped making them in 2018 which is a lie cause I can but one off line for my new car. I had to call them back to make the sale cause I was never asked hey can you put anything down. I really wish I would have went somewhere else but I do love the car. This is my 4 th Kia I have purchased from Columbus. I wasn’t going to go back but I was told they changed management and it was different now but they were wrong. The sales guy Jeff was great. More
