Heritage Mazda Bel Air made leasing my new CX-5 an easy and comfortable experience from start to finish. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, but Chris deserves special mention — he spent a lot and comfortable experience from start to finish. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, but Chris deserves special mention — he spent a lot of time with me late into the night during pickup, patiently answering every question, walking me through all the features, and making sure I was completely happy before I drove off. That kind of dedication really stood out. Justin was excellent throughout the process — responsive, straightforward, and low-pressure. When he couldn’t be there for pickup, Chris and Josh stepped up seamlessly. Cassandra in finance was fantastic too — knowledgeable, funny, and made everything crystal clear. I felt completely comfortable with the entire team. Justin even called the next day to congratulate me and thank me for trusting them, which was a nice personal touch. Ken is everything you want in a salesman. He’s got excellent listening ears. There were details that i expressed were important to me and it was like he already knew what i wanted/needed. There was literally no pressure to do anything at all. I came in with the plan of possibly driving out of there dealer with a new set of wheels. Ken made that possibility my reality. I’m almost a week into my driving experience and I could not be happier. The very next day after my purchase, Ken messaged me and asked how i liked the new whip. I told him; “i don’t like it… I love it” This 2026 Mazda 3 Turbo Premium Plus is the ultimate Dad-mobile and I could not be happier with my experience with Ken, and the entirety of the Mazda team that made this purchase possible. Chris wasn't my originally assigned salesman. But the manager asked if I wanted to wait or have someone else help me. I said someone else would be fine. Thankfully I was assigned to Chris Holden. He was kind, patience, informative and very helpful throughout the entire process. Truthfully, he is the reason I decided to go ahead and purchase the vehicle.
